Have been coming here since it opened. Have always been extremely happy with my hair results. Today I got my hair done and so did my mother (also has been going since perception opened) and we took my little one to get her hair done. She had the best time with Giovanni and the girls. Everyone made her feel soo special. Fantastic day

This hair salon is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve previously found many salons to be intimidating as I’ve never liked my hair and was always worried about being judged. Perception has been a completely different experience - everybody here is so warm, down to earth, and friendly. Giovanni has created this wonderful atmosphere, but everyone that works here upholds the same values, including Karima and Carolina who used to work here. Giovanni is also an incredible and attentive stylist, helped me to find a hair style that suits me annd has grown my confidence in my hair, and ensures I’m happy every time I leave the salon. Karima used to be my stylist before she left and was also amazing! I have so much love for the team at Perception!

I had a hair trim today at Perception, lovely experience and great communication from Giovanni! He really listened to what I wanted, then checked throughout and at the end too. Everyone was so friendly, after doing a lot of research and seeing so many positive reviews I'm really happy to have found somewhere great! Looking forward to going back in the future :)

I've been a Perception client since 2023 and I've always been happy with my hair! Giovanni is a fantastic hair stylist, he puts a lot of passion to his work, I love the precision with which he cuts and style my hair. Since my first visit, he has found the perfect colour for me and he works with high-quality products that don't ruin your hair. Plus, it's always a pleasure to have a chat with him.. I'd totally recommend!

I’ve been a loyal client of Giovanni for a few years now, and he’s the first hairdresser in my 10 years in London that I completely trust. My hair is very delicate, curly and fine, and Giovanni has helped me strengthen it and improve the health of my curls. He is always attentive to the wellbeing of my hair, offering advice not only on products and home care, but also on nutrition and overall hair health. I always leave the salon feeling cared for.
